The idea was from American Girl magazine. But instead using felt, I used scrapbook paper that thick enough to be the scrapbook cover. And the rest is wherever your imaginations take you. Be creative! You can even put some trinkets or momentos inside the bags.
What you need -- Bahan2 yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat Scrapbook dari kantong kertas:
- 4 or more paper bags (for lunch bags or goodie bags), colors may vary -- 4 buah atau lebih kantong kertas terserah warnanya
- glue or double tape -- lem atau cellotape 2 muka
- ribbon -- macam2 pita
- a sheet of scrapbook paper (thick one) or you can use thick fabric -- kertas yg cukup tebal utk menjadi pelindung albumnya atau bahan kain yg cukup tebal (bisa juga memakai kertas kardus sebagai alas bahan kainnya)
- craft scissors -- gunting berpola
- embelishments, sticker, and what not -- bermacam2 hiasan utk scrapbook
- Fold the paper bags into 2 and glue it on to another -- tekuk kantong kertas menjadi 2 & rekatkan pada kantong lainnya.
- Cut the opening of the paper bags with craft scissors -- gunting bagian terbuka kantong dgn gunting berpola
- Place the ribbon in outer side of the bags, glue or tape it -- letakkan pita di bagian luar kantong2 yg sudah dilekatkan bersama, tempel dengan lem/tape.
- Measure the cover paper like the bags, cut it & glue/tape it to make the bags like a book -- ukur kertas utk pelindung albumnya, potong & rekatkan memakai lem/tape sehingga kumpulan kantongnya menyerupai buku.
- Now, let your creativity takes you -- silahkan berkreasi dengan scapbook anda!
